Part -time: 25 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9am to 2pm

Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is a charity providing unique person-centred and holistic support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum condition.
Our Vegetarian Café, which is one of our thriving day opportunities, offers adults with a range of abilities the opportunity to receive supported work experience in addition to a quality and unique dining environment for our local customers.
About the role:
our service users in their on-the-job training.
You will be working alongside our Café Team helping to maintain and promote our Community ethos to deliver consistently high standards of food preparation and safety, customer service, cleaning and training.
You may also be required to support in the other Day Opportunities workshops, such as Bakery, Arts & Crafts, Pottery, when required.
You would need to have previous experience in working in catering and a passion for cooking vegetarian food with fresh ingredients.
Ideally you will have previous experience of teaching or supporting adults with a range of abilities.
An eye for detail; caring attitude and a genuine interest in people reaching their full potential is essential as you will be promoting person centred therapeutic activities.
Previous training in food safety or health and social care would be an advantage.
